Wrong File Size to Compare on SD Card

I just start to use FreeFileSync on my MAC with MAC OS 10.13. My prime use case is to Mirror my music files on my harddisk with my micro SD card to put on my media player. File sizes are normally large: 20M to 200M FLAC files. Everytime when I do a Compare, 95% the file size shown on the Destination (SD card) is found wrong, always come up with a file size of 4,096 byte. Ending up everytime on a Sync to delete nearly all my files on the card first and rewriting all files again. Any fix on the problem?

Are you sure you copied the actual file to the SD card & just a "link" (directory entry) of said file?
Did the available free space on the SD card decrease proportionately to the size of the files copied to the card?
If you take the card & plug it into a different computer, & copy one of the files off of the card onto this other computer, will it open & play, successfully?

Yes. I am sure it is the real file and not a link. I copy those files to my SD card using Finder on my MAC in before. Those files are normal 20M to 150M FLAC files playable on my digital media players. I played those files for months before using FreeFileSync just now.
Yes when new files are copied (using finder or FreeFileSync) the SD card decreased proportionately. I check the storage of the card frequency to maximize the no. of songs that can put on the card. The total space is same as adding all directory space and the directory space commence with adding up size of file.
Yes, the file on the card can be played on another computer or my media player.
