I have two files at different locations that are over 100GB. I only want to
sync the differences between the two, not the whole file.
file A is 115,679,947,776KB
file B is 114,309,987,328KB
After FreeFileSync does a compare, it says that the amount of data to be
transferred is 108GB.
How can I set it so it only sends the differences?

FreeFileSync copies full files only via the Operating System's default copy
