Files sync one way, and back again

I sync a group of files between my phone and my computer. A lot of them are
images. I've noticed that when I view the images on the phone, for some reason
FreeFileSync thinks they're changed and wants to overwrite the computer
versions. Now, this is very probably due to the phone image software changing
something in the file signature, so all I am concerned with on this part is
what about the file the software may be changing to make FreeFileSync think
it's changed.

The real problem is this: It syncs once from the phone to the computer. I'm
fine with this since it's the same file, simply changed in some way
imperceptible to me. What happens then is when I do a compare after this
synchronization, the computer wants to copy these same files back to the
phone. Again, I allow it since it's the same file, but why does it want to
sync them back? It seems to only do this for the files that I look at on my
phone. It never tries to resync a new or deleted file.

Any clues as to what might be going on? Oh, and it seems as though it started
occurring a few versions ago, but didn't happen on the first version I used.
I'm not sure which version it was that seemed to start doing this, but I think
it was around two or three versions back.

P.S. This is wonderful software. It serves my needs flawlessly. It has yet to
delete any files I don't want deleted which is my primary concern with this
sort of thing.

Can you post a series of screenshots including file sizes and modification
times, ideally both in FreeFileSync and in Explorer property dialog for one of
the files in question? I have a hunch it may have something to do with
alternate data streams, but I can't tell so far why FFS wants to copy them
back.

Either due to a new version of my phone software, or a new version of FFS, I
haven't seen this problem reoccur. I also think it had something to do with
Windows Live Mesh. That may have been why it wanted to copy the files back in
the other direction. Sorry for it to take so long to respond to you since you
responded to me so quickly.
