On each change, I get the success popup which includes a very relaxing tune.
But on each change, it starts getting in the way pretty fast, and I don't
believe it serves its original purpose at that point. I've set the interval to
2 seconds, because I'm aiming for as real of a realtime as practically
possible. Even at the default 10 seconds, it's still a problem in my
experience.
It doesn't seem yet to take the above scenario into account. It would be great
if there was an option to turn that off somehow for the above mentioned
scenario.

You mean the "Sync_Complete.wav"? It is only played if you do *not* setup your
batch job to "run minimized". Unless you're using some very old version of
FreeFileSync this shouldn't be a problem.
