File Compare - Unexpected Sync Results

Good morning developers and community. So I created a compare this morning based on file content. After FreeFileSync 6.2 (also 6.1) finished the compare, I noticed 43 files that were set to transfer from left to right, were all older AND many of them smaller. I was using a USB stick on the left, and those 43 files were all from 2012, while the files they were about to replace on the right were from 2013 except (2) from 2012 that were 2 months newer on the right as well.

So with that said, it appears that we are ignoring the dates all together if we use Compare Contents?
Is it possible to have both Compare Contents AND then toggle an option for date compare on those results?

I have a screen shot if that helps. I can duplicate the results if necessary for testing.

"compare by content" does not consider the file modification times. Its use case is probably more in the area of data verification rather than synchronization (but FFS's sync rules are generic enough to fit for "compare by content" as well).
