Is is possible to have an FTP folder in the right pane when using real time sync? If so, how do I do it?

If you try to monitor FTP remote directories for changes with RTS, you should get the message "protocol does not support directory monitoring".
And that message says it all: it is not possible, using the FTP protocol.
