To reproduce:
• Set up source folder (e.g., \\MyServer\MyResource\MyFiles), set up target folder (e.g., \\MyBackupServer\MyResource\MyFiles)
• Set up source folder (e.g., \\MyServer2\MyResource\MyFiles2), set up target folder (e.g., \\MyBackupServer2\MyResource\MyFiles2)
• Disconnect target device \\MyBackupServer\MyResource (it is a USB drive often temporarily removed).
• Run FreeFileSync and it creates \\MyServer\MyResource\MyFiles\sync.ffs_lock and finishes processing the remaining entries.
• Next day run FreeFileSync and it encounters the \\MyServer\MyResource\MyFiles\sync.ffs_lock file and stops the sync process so \\MyServer\MyResource\MyFiles2 does not get processed.

Solution suggestion:
When trying to sync and the target is not available then delete the sync.ffs_lock file from the source so the remaining entries can be executed.
