Update Existing Mirror Job To Exclude Files

I currently have a mirror job for my photos from my PC to Server, that
includes all camera files, .jpg / .mov / .avi

I now want to change it to exclude the .mov and .avi files and remove them
from the server side only.

I can set the filters for .mov and .avi but don't see how to get FFS to remove
these files from the server.
When I run Compare, they never appear on the right side for deletion.
Is there a way to achieve this?

You'll need two steps.
1. sync all jpg / .mov / .avi
2. remove mov / .avi from server -> mirror sync these types with an empty folder as source, which will effectively delete them.

It is possible to merge both steps into a single configuration using multiple
folder pairs
