Running Multiple Backups In A Batch File

I must be misunderstanding something about Batch jobs. From all I can tell, it's just a regular configuration with a few extra settings (run silent, ignore, etc.). Is there a way within FreeFileSync to have multiple folder comparisons, etc. in a batch file? If not, how do I create a script where I can set this up? NOTE, I'm not wanting to schedule this batch to run. Thanks!

You are correct about what a batch config is. Whether or not you use ffs_gui or ffs_batch, you can click the plus next to the source location to add multiple pairs to sync multiple locations in one config.
