Comparing file size and renaming file in destination only

There's may posts about safe ways to detect moved/renamed files. I just wanted to comment that having the option to compare with file size (already available) and syncrhonize filename (not available) would be a great help. I'm not even interested in detecting moved files. I just want to compare files in matching folders to see if they have different file names.

I recently had a large collection of large videos that I updated the naming convention on, but when having to sync them to my backup, using mirror and detect option, it still removed 90% of them to copy the renamed only files. It was about 1.5tb of copying that could have been avoided if I could have found this feature available.

While, yes, it's potentially unsafe, perhaps put a dialog (like when folders differ greatly) reporting its dangerous to compare only file size.. and see if you wish to proceed. Or present a multi page table showing the before/after changes to be made to confirm it is what you were expecting before action. I just know it would have saved be 16+ hours of copying and wear to the drive. The compare files by size is already present, and no less dangerous for the sync options available.
