Can't detect veracrypt container with RTS

Hi, i'm trying to automate my backups by automatic synchronization when a USB device is inserted, i can make it work, but i don't understand why the batch file has to be placed on the removable device, why?

Then comes the problem in the title, since my backups are going to a removable device, i want them to be encrypted, i tried identifying the veracrypt containers by volume name and GUID, but is doesn't work because everytime i unlock the container, the GUID changes.

I believe it would work by assining it to a fixed drive letter, but then i could easily place another container on that letter and mess it all up.

Is there a way to make this work?
