Compare file size on disk rather than filesiz

Howdy,

I am trying to sync two folders. The source is an external drive which is
formatted in HFS. The target is on my Windows XP machine. I am using a hfs
driver provided by Apple's Bootcamp package. However, unfortunetaly this
driver gives both for the entries 'filesize on disk' and the actual 'file
size' the size on disk. Obviously this gives some issues when syncing the
folder. Therefore:

Is it possible to have Freefilesync compare files based on filesize on disk
and then compare the files its contents, or maybe ignore the filesize
alltogether and just compare all the file directly?

Thanks in advance, Maarten

I'd see to file some bug report concerning this. I wouldn't be surprised to
see other applications have issues when they expect files to be larger than
they really are.

I don't think so. The only file metadatum that can be ignored is the change
date.
