here is just a sharing (it may not be the best way, i don't know.)

sourcefolder, transitfolder, finalfolder

my use:
1: sync all folders (without files) by exclude *:
from sourcefolder to transitfolder
2: sync two file types by include desktop.ini | *.txt
from sourcefolder to transitfolder
3: sync only the some lowest levels of folders and files (in my case, desktop.ini and *.txt) by exclude \*\*\*\*\*\*\
from transitfolder to finalfolder

just a sharing.
