I'm getting this error message after updating to 11.25. Never happened before. Any ideas why and how to fix this?

There's no need, this is due to the following change:Revert to 11.24 and see what happens xCSxXenon, 11 Sep 2022, 14:06

Could explain that further?Require config type and file extension to match
Are you saying that if you had a
"dumy.ffs_real"
its' Commandline is now required to reference, dumy.ffs_batch, rather then some arbitrarily named, "test.ffs_batch" ?

No, it means weird stuff like the following will fail now:
• Create a .ffs_gui file, and give it a .ffs_batch extension
• Create a .ffs_gui file, and save it as a file without any extension
• Create a .ffs_gui file, and give it a .ffs_batch extension
• Create a .ffs_gui file, and save it as a file without any extension
