Good evening.
It seems there is an imprecision (if I see well).
There is a difference between "Documents" and "Documenti" (in italian).

After the first case (issuing an ignore to the message, where there is a "Documenti" reference) the scan, it result in a full cancellation of the contents of the destination.

However the application doesn't work.

Can someone help me?

Your case (Documenti) seems to state that the (left) folder Documenti does not yet exist, and that FFS will automatically create it for you.
You have selected a Mirror sync (Specchio), which is always left-to-right.
But, Mirror-ing a from a non existing (and thus empty) folder makes no sense,
and would delete all content from the right-side base location.

So, that fact that FFS prevents you from doing this makes sense, but it seems the warning/error message could be better / more to the point.

Your case (Documents) seems clear:
The Documents folder seems to exist, but you (or at least the user credentials under which FFS runs or is trying to connect to Library (or even to Documents) does not (even) have read-access there.

I have forgotten to specify that is running an a Mac with Mojave (10.14.6).
All is working well (other freefilesync jobs are working well).
The job was sync-ing two folder I use

The Documenti does exists (I use it every day) and Documents doesn't (almost I think so).

The Documenti runs under the credential I'm using every day and thus is correct.
The Documents rise from the freefilesync and thus is in doubt.
