exFAT invalid date
How should (FFS) Compare act when source file date is invalid for the target (like < 1-1-1980 for exFAT)?
As it is, as it seems, so long as the source date is not changed (to something the target likes), the file will continually fail a (date/time) Comparison (as while file is written to target, it then gets set to current date).
(Heh. I guess you're going to say, change the date of the source.)

FreeFileSync copies the file but also logs a warning. Probably the best an app can do considering the file system limitations, no?
