filename.$$$ is not considered for sync

I have a filename.$$$ in my source (Vista). It is from an old DOS program that
intentionally did name same files like this.

It is not copied or considered for sync. Any reason why? Other sync programs
copy it (but have other problems, I nevertheless like yours most ...).

Just tested on Windows 7 x64 and XP x86, couldn't find any problems sync'ing a
file named "filename.$$$". The name in general shouldn't have any impact on
FFS's functionality as it almost directly links with the OS's native file
traversing API.
