Re: freeze during small job, high disk activity

Uff, you were right about the recycle bin. It contained a batch of over
100.000 files of which I thought I deleted them permanently with
Shift+Delete..

Thanks for your help. And for the great program :-)

freeze during small job, high disk activity

When FFS starts doing a job it will sit like this for almost 10 minutes:

Warning: Recycle Bin is not available for the following paths! Files will be
deleted permanently instead:
N:\Documents\
Error: Synchronisation aborted!

This is a folder on my NAS drive that I'm syncing with the one on ...

Re: Detection of moved and renamed files

Tried it and it works without problems! Only 'problem' is that rescanning all
files on the NAS takes long compared to scanning files on the computer which
is sped up by threading. But that ain't something FFS can help.

Re: Detection of moved and renamed files

Hello, I was wondering whether FFS is able to recognize filemovements by a
third party on a network drive, when the computer that runs FFS is turned off.
Will it then still be able to see that a file has merely moved or will it
remove the file on the computer and then retransmit it from the network ...
