Or just edit the ffs_real file (e.g. using TextEdit or Notebook) and change the delay to whatever you want. Then save.
I use OSX, so have created an automator app that opens RealTimeSync passing the ffs_real I created.
I then added this to Systems Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items for it ...

I'm new to FreeFileSync and have the Donation Edition. I have set it up to mirror a desktop folder to an FTP server. I have also set up RealTimeSync to use the batch file and created an automation on OSX
