I managed to figure everything out and now I have successfully set up
RealTimeSync as a windows service on windows 7. The problem right now is that
the service seems to be running but the RealTimeSync does not sync anything.
Only if I restart the service it does perform a comparison and syncs any ...

I recently discovered Freefilesync while searching for a tool that would
monitor realtime some folders and synchronize them with my NAS.
Since I have user permissions on my NAS, I am required to do an "initial"
