auto-updater, more like an auto-installer in my opinion. It would be nice if it actually did it all on its own, but currently RTS jobs don't get restarted when updating FFS

it's actually pretty good. I would have re-written some wordings as some stuff is polite in english but aggressive in farsi.
though it is still better than 99% of farsi translations, which are just google translated and are very uncanny valley-esque.

I have this in my cron and it works correctly with my donation edition.
0 23 * * * DISPLAY=:0 /opt/FreeFileSync/FreeFileSync /home/secret/something.ffs_batch > /dev/null 2>&1
I used crontab -e as well and am only user.
