Wired on gigabit ethernet.

Sorry for my lack of explanation.
There are two identical configuration only difference is "config A target is USB SSD", "config B target is NAS".
When I run both config one by one, SSD version takes couple seconds to find "changed files" at compare stage, but config B takes many minutes as it does ...

Yes its saved on local disk. but everytime I try to start syncinc it cannot find path to NAS and I need to drag&drop NAS folder path again than it works, but starts scanning from very beginning.
