Answered my own question. For reference sake, FFS cannot do this it seems. To resolve my issue, Robocopy to the rescue...Anyone?nicbot

NTFS permissions will not mirror after initial sync
Syncing works fine, but I need the NTFS permissions to update from left to right when modified. Mirror is selected. NTFS copy is selected. Running as and admin. Still NTFS permissions do not update on the destination folder(s).
