Guess what: It's (of course) my fault.
eanwhile i made it work.
I tried to write the backup in an folder, which already existed from my old sync application..
By defining a new (empty) folder, did the trick.
Don't ask me why :) it just works now.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I have attached my configuration. As simple as 'copy whole Desktop' to external drive.

I've investigated a lot before i write and realized that your forum is full of the same Warning users get when they try to configure exclusions.
Consider this: I just want to backup my desktop whatever files/folders i have there.
I have multiple folders and files with the same name
e.g
\work\java ...
