How bout using a database file?

Would it take notice of hash change between the original and mirrored / backed file, thus be able to secure even tiny changes to tag data of files?

Whenever I run Synchronization in FFS and execute left click on any of the [then grayed out] main menu entries, the process gets paused

To resume it all I need to do is to click somewhere else or switch to another program
