I think my primary goal is to back up program settings, etc.. I know that it can't produce a bootable copy...
I didn't know whether I was missing some important setting, since there are many thousand of these files that can't be copied normally.
I do have the switch ON for 'copy locked files ...

I am using Free File Sync as Administrator in Windows 10.

I am getting thousands of errors messages, similar to:
3:48:02 PM Error Cannot write permissions of "F:\C Full Backup\Windows\SystemResources\accessibilitycpl.dll.mun".
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [SetFileSecurity]
