Hello.

I'm refreshing this thread because I face the same issue. I'm using FSS 13.4 on Windows10. Folder A is locally stored. Folder B is on OneDrive mounted with third party tool (here RaiDrive). Modification date is modified to the syncing moment. Is there a solution yet? Thanks for your help.
