I believe that this is a bug. I have spent a lot of time without success.
• When using FFS/RTS on a Google Drive folder that contains some files that are made available offline (kept locally) the Windows FFS works pretty well. The Mac doe not.

I spent a lot of time trying to make this work by reading a lot of posts in this forum. It was not easy. I then found a pretty simple way to make this work.
Run on Startup
In Windows, you enter a shortcut to the RealTimeSync program in the StartUp folder.
