first of all, I absolutely love FFS! I've checked out 2 or 3 other file syncing apps, and this one definitely wins in terms of user friendliness and performance.
So, I'm experiencing the same issue:
- using macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
- FreeFileSync 13.5 donation edition
- VeraCrypt 1.25.9 ...
