I just did another Compare and it says the RHS is newer. Then when I sync, (I think it) says 0 LHS and 365 RHS. Now it is sync'ing and it is suggesting it will be 15 minutes. Meaning the sync I just did resulted in no mirroring at all????

No I just did the default and got Recycle Bin not available.

How/what to I do to change to Versioning. What file/folder do I put into the little slit?

My error is the same error in this thread Recycle Bin not available. I have other error but thought this was inappropriate for this thread.

I am doing mirroring from PC 1 to PC 2, I am copying the whole of Drive F to Drive F. I tried versioning, making a folder caller 00-Versioning. That threw up errors. I deleted this folder and the recycle bin error came up.
