The setting in RTS is idle time, not an interval setting

got it. It means that the synchronization will occur after I have modified the file and during my idle time.

I use RealTimeSync to synchronize my files, setting the interval to 90 seconds. However, from the logs, it appears that the actual interval is between half an hour to one hour. Could you please explain what might be causing this and how to resolve it?
