I am syncing files from a running VM (source A) to a Google Drive (Source B)

When I launch the very same VM from another computer, syncing from the very same Google Drive, it wants to sync all the files on the VM.

My logic is if Source A and Source B stays the same, how on earth can the timestamps ...
