It would be nice that after you do a sync if you could right click on a file path in the source list and have the option to add it to the filter list. After going thru the paths you could then switch to the filter and edit the added lines (maybe have them unselected) to make into wildcards. This ...

It would be nice if you could preview the files that will be filtered so you can check your filters. On a large disk it takes a lot of scrolling to see what files will be excluded plus it is easy to miss while scrolling.

Or have a window to put in a potential filter and have it scan a disk and show ...
