Unfortunately that text file is almost useless. It is not like a standard comma delimited file to be opened. It's almost impossible to handle.
Other sync programs show this log in tabular form and allow for sorting within the program. This is a feature that needs to be added.

Is there a way of excluding hidden, read-only or system files in filters?

I need to list the logs in table form, where I can sort the list by paths, filenames etc.
That could be a great way to review the error messages and quickly ignore those that are not important. For example there are many files under C:\Windows that are not readable by the program at run time. With a ...
