I found the files in the recycle bin of the external drive I was transferring to along with the "sync.ffs_lock" file. The files were not located on my pc but were transferring from a network server to an external drive for long term storage.
It created a new folder called "RecycleBin~5dca.ffs_tmp"

I'm new to FFS but had my files deleted from the source and destination folders. I found the missing files in the FFS recycle bin but none of them seem to work. Can these files be restored?
