I'll try to explain this to the best of my knowledge and as to how I understand this may happen.
FFS does keep the creation date in directories, it doesn't however, keep the modified date in sync. On the initial syncing, the folder will have the same modified date and creation date, on both sides ...

Has anything happened on this? I'd like to know if this is going to be fixed/option added or will be left as is. I also need hard links to be passed as hard links, or in the worst case scenario, as sym links.
