Re: Flatpak of FFS crashes when pointing to Phone folder
Problem seems to be related to MTP issues in Linux.
But I found another solution. On the phone you can install an ftp program like “Cx File Explorer” and create an ftp share. In FFS, you can access that then if you are int he same network (which would normally be the case).

I then installed in Kubuntu the tar-version from the website. But for some reason that also ...

Flatpak of FFS crashes when pointing to Phone folder
I use FFS on W11 and it can access the folders on my Pixel 10 Pro perfectly fine.
But on aurora Linux (immutable) I use the flatpak of FFS and when I point the path selector to the phone folder, FFS crashes.
I checked what I thought relevant permissions in Flatseal and also un-checked " Failsafe ...

Re: Problem in Linux (especially with Dolphin file explorer)
Thanks for the response. i think the Samba situation should be fine since Dolphin shows the shared folder under the "SMB" folders (before it crashes, that is). But I didn't see mounted folders in the "Samba Status - info Center".
i found a few articles and posts about mounting, but all in terminal ...
