I added new HDs to test and got the same error so it's the NAS, not the drives. Now I see that even my "newer" Western Digital My Cloud EX2 Ultra will end support in 2026 so I ordered a new UGREEN NAS and will go on from there.

Ugh! I didn't even think of that - I get a Not Enough Space error in Windows so it's obviously not a FFS issue.

I’m getting the following error on some (not all} files:

Cannot copy file
“D:\Pictures\DSC00882.jpg to “\\MYCLOUDULTRA\Pictures\DSC00882”
ERROR_DISK_FULL: There is not enough space on the disk [CopyFileEx]

Or

Cannot copy file
“D:\Pictures\DSC00882.jpg to “\\MYCLOUDULTRA\Pictures\DSC00882-9879.ffs ...
