I have part of the problem:
When Syncing to my Veracrypt-Container still created directories get the actual timestamp .

Actually used distro is a Tuxedo OS(ubuntu-based), synchronized files are on NTFS -filesystems

I see an improval on syncing files with Donation Version 14.9 :
