This doesn't seem to have been suggested before, so I may be alone in this.
I'd like to be able to use FFS to delete files on one side if I have confirmed they're the same on both sides.
I'd like to use this in tandem with another requested feature, which is a filter by 'older than'.

I'd also like to see this feature (though your tip on the date header right-click will get the job done for now).
For me it will allow me to automatically clear files on my camera that are older than a month that I know (via FFS) are already copied to the PC.

I'd find this option useful on occasion, too.
Personally, if only one section of the file was to be compared, I'd most often want the start compared (with headers and such likely to be there) - but know that this will vary from user to user.
So, perhaps rather than the 'n' times option suggested by ...
