I want to change my backup plan

- some important files on my laptop (on D:\), backed up to external hdd, and cloud (cloud's local folder is in C:\).
- i want to move non-important files to external hdd, free the laptop space from it. Then those non-important files are backed up to ...

- Freefilesync is an executable, only run when opened manually or activated by RealTimeSync
- RealTimeSync only detect change or directory availibility, then call FreeFileSync to open the batch job and do whole scanning.
