I just would like to synchronize two websites hosted on linux servers.
I'm using Freefilesync 10.3 on windows.
When I compare the two websites, freefilesync doesn't detect file case differences; "file1" is the same as "File1" as of it and it show them as conflicting items.

First of all: thanks for this great utility!
I only have one problem with it: when I run a scheduled task nothing seems to
happen: no progress window or tray icon (if ffs is minimized).
