I have version 8.2 on a Windows 10 machine and it works fine. I was prompted to update to 8.3 and when I try to do that I find it crashes. What happened is that I downloaded the version 8.3 for Windows and that downloaded fine.Then I executed the install program and it comes up with the user ...
