Contents compare of partial set
It would be really handy if FFS could be configured to compare some (e.g. 10%) of the files each time it runs such that over the course of a certain number of runs (e.g. 10 runs) all of the files would have content compared. On the subsequent run, it would then compare the first set of files again ...
