If using windows, to sync in the background at a scheduled time, save your settings as a "batch job" then create a task in the windows "Task Scheduler" to make it run whenever you want.

i'm use FreeFileSync to backup data from may laptop to my external hdd,
I feel very satisfied but if i want sync data, i must open FreeFileSync and click sync
i want FreeFileSync sync data in background and if possible i want setting ...
