For the moment I’m just ignoring the log file directory and it’s not important enough to create a second job for that. I just reported it here, because I think it’s a bug and should be fixed at some point. I guess FFS knows the name of its current log file and could just ignore it.
Or even fancier ...

Bug: FFS stumbles over own logfile
I set FFS to run in batchmode and to create logs. These logs are stored inside the folder that is to be synchronized. This causes FFS to generate the following error:
