Re: RealTimeSync don't start during file reception
Zenju, thank you for the update. After reading your manual update, and considerable testing, I can say that RTS does not trigger when a subfolder of the monitored folder changes if it was launched by Task Scheduler, whether as a SYSTEM or user account. This problem is very easy to reproduce, at ...

Re: Only SFTP?
+1 from me for FTP and FTPS support. There is no native SFTP support (or SSH support) directly on any version of IIS I am aware of. About 11% of web sites, according to current data, are hosted on IIS. Sounds like a small percentage, but there are over 1 billion sites, so at least 100MM sites cannot ...

Re: Waiting while directory is locked
I am having this same issue, but I don't see that it is associated with any lock files. We are mostly Windows users. By GPO, user's folders are redirected to a server share. At any time I want, I can open FFS, either GUI or batch, and run a sync with no issues. If I use RTS to launch the exact same ...

Re: RealTimeSync don't start during file reception
Follow up to my last post. After considerable testing, I observe there is a difference in RTS behavior when run from a login session and when run as a scheduled task. On the surface, it looks like when monitoring a folder on a local drive, a change in sub folders is only detected when RTS is running ...

Re: RealTimeSync don't start during file reception
I realize this thread is a little dated, but I'm in the middle of discovering the impact of this issue to our organization's setup and had a couple of questions. Does RTS monitoring of folder pairs including subfolders? If so, does the inactivity period apply to the entire folder structure, or just ...

Options settings for Windows Scheduled Tasks
It appears to me the settings for Options are stored on a per-user basis. I want FFS to launch from Task Scheduler every time the computer boots. Currently, that is set to use the SYSTEM account with Highest Privileges checked. Where do I put the option settings for Copy Locked Files, Number of ...
