Re: Last sync result symbol not updated on "no differences" sync
Ah, I think that ties in with an earlier thread of mine (https://freefilesync.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4991). If you run "Compare" and there are no differences, why would you need to run "Synchronize"? There is nothing to synchronize and therefore I didn't even think of pressing...

Last sync result symbol not updated on "no differences" sync
FreeFileSync x64 10.11 for Linux In the configuration window, if a certain profile shows a white x in a red octagon to indicate that the last sync for that profile resulted in an error, this symbol will not change to a green tick if a subsequent sync results in no error but no differences between ta...

Status not updating if no change for Linux FTP syncs
FreeFileSync 10.10 64-bit running on Linux Mint 19.1. I've just noticed that for my FTP syncs, if I run a sync and it is successful but there is nothing to be synced, the status isn't being updated to a green tick, as I think should normally happen. For example, my last run of a particular FTP sync ...

Re: Register date for all successful syncs
despite the sync being successful. You mean if the sync button is not pressed? Yes, the last sync time is only updated if a synchronization is run to completion, but it doesn't matter if files are actually copied. Ok, understood. I didn't realise that I would have to press the Synchronize button - ...

Register date for all successful syncs
Linux Mint 18.3 MATE x64; FreeFileSync 9.7 The addition of a pane on the left-hand side of the FreeFileSync window containing notes on the last date of each sync is a welcome addition. However, it appears that the date for a sync is only updated if files are actually synced between the source and th...

Re: (S)FTP on Linux
Ah, ok. More's the pity (I really want to stop having to use SyncBackPro in a Windows VM for my FTP synchronisations). Thanks sadhaka.

(S)FTP on Linux
Hi there,
I would like to use FreeFileSync 9.1 to synchronise an FTP account. However, the Cloud Folder button appears not to be present on my Linux version of the program.
If (S)FTP available in the Linux version?
Many thanks.
