Still same issue in the newest beta

Ok after having tried with v9.1, I'm still having issues, especially with special characters like "#" :

Cannot open directory "ftp://192.168.1.11/home/Internal Drive 2 - Data - D/Documents/Visual Studio 2015/Code Snippets/Visual C#".

CURLE_REMOTE_FILE_NOT_FOUND: RETR response: 550
550 Visual C ...

Same problem here : viewtopic.php?t=4295
Same cause maybe ?
I'll try with the 9.1 beta

Here is the error I get :
