Changing from "two way" to custom, did the trick :)

Disabling "completed" notification was in Sync settings > On completion > close progress dialog.

The best thing is that file sync saves those settings independantly for each session.

As title says... how to disable completed alert/notification after sync?

Second question, how to stop filesinc from creating sync.fss_db files?
